Join us for an unforgettable luxury pizza-making experience in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and breathtaking views of San Gimignano. This hands-on class takes place in a charming kitchen with rustic Tuscan charm, where tradition meets elegance.
Led by a talented super chef, you’ll learn how to make a delicious pizza entirely from scratch, from kneading the dough to preparing the fresh toppings of tomato sauce and mozzarella. As you work, you’ll be treated to a stunning view of the rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves that define the Tuscan landscape.
Once your pizzas are baked to perfection in the wood-fired oven, you’ll sit down “al fresco”, outdoors, to enjoy your lunch or dinner surrounded by nature, savoring your creations while admiring the breathtaking Tuscan panorama and tasting a fine Chianti red wine.

Our host was wonderful, friendly, and spoke great English (despite his own beliefs) and even accommodated a last minute booking for our group of three. We made pasta and tiramisu, drank wine, and explored his family grounds which were gorgeous and the quintessential Tuscan experience. We were absolutely in love the minute we got to the property. It is truly magical in every way! The views are mind blowing, incredible sunsets, the pool is so big and clean! The area is like a dream garden!!!!! Alessandro is a super host. Very responsive, accommodating, polite. We enjoyed the dinner at family restaurant and kids had lots of fun during private cooking class with Alessandro. I can’t recommend this property enough!!!! A gorgeous outdoor kitchen overlooking a valley and San Gimignano skyline. The instructors were both so kind and welcoming, and such lovely, lovely people.
